1. How shall I make a payment?

 

• For orders below 20,000 rps 500 rps advance payment is required. For order above 20,000 rps 1500 rps advance payment is required.                                                                                                                                     
• The receipt of advance is suppose to be send on our whatsapp number or email it to us.

• Order amount that totals above PKR                                                                                                                                                                                                      
• Advance payment is must required before we can dispatch the order.

 

Customers can transfer advance payment through bank transfer, jazzcash and easypaisa. Later they can share us receipt of transaction on:

2. Can I make payment in cash?

 

Yes. You can pay the remaining balance using cash on delivery service (COD).

 

3. Can I make complete payment in advance??

 

Yes you can. You can pay using our accounts details mentioned up.

 

4. Do I have to pay any taxes on the order I place?

 

No, you do not have to pay any additional tax on the order you place. All applicable taxes are included in the product price.

Payment information

 

1. Do you require advance payment to confirm the order?

 

Yes. 500 PKR are required for all orders below 10,000 PKR before we dispatch the order. The order is yet to confirm before advance payment is made. The rest you can pay as cash on delivery.

 

For order amount above 10,000 PKR 50% advance payment is required before we can dispatch the order.

 

Customers can pay advance payment using bank transfer, easypaisa and jazzcash service and share receipt of transaction on our whatsapp number or email us at order@merakibagsandco.com

 

2. How will I know if Meraki Bags and Co has received my order?

 

Once your order has been logged, you will receive an email containing the details of

 

your order. A unique Order ID, listing and price of the item(s) you have ordered will be provided to you in this email.

 

3. Can I add items to the existing order?

 

Yes, you can combine orders or add items to an existing order if the order has not been processed. This is possible within 2 hours of order confirmation.

 

4. Can I suggest changes to an order?

 

Yes, you can make changes to an order within 2 hours of order placement by sending us a request through email. Changes will only be made if the order has not been processed.

6. Can I pre-order an item?

 

You can only order items that show the status; “Available” on our website.
