Refund policy

    1. What is your return or exchange policy?

    Meraki bags and Co does not allow return or exchange of any product.

    1. What if there is a defect in the product that I ordered?

    The customers are required to email photographic evidence of any damaged item at [email protected] before any claims can be expedited. If

    there happens to be genuine fault within product the company will exchange it. The company will send the same product in the same color that the customer ordered previously. If the product comes in box packaging and box is damaged during transit the claim for damaged box will not be accepted.

    1. Can I exchange part of my order?

    Exchange of product is not allowed.

    1. How will I be refunded if I cancel the order before delivery?

    Order can only be cancelled if it isn't dispatched yet. If the order is dispatched 500 PKR is deducted from the advance payment made.
    1. How shall I make a payment?

    • PKR 500 advance payment are required for all orders within PKR 10,000. before we can dispatch the order.

    • Order amount that totals above PKR

    10,000, 50% advance payment is required before we can dispatch the order.

    Customers can transfer advance payment through bank transfer, jazzcash and easypaisa. Later they can share us receipt of transaction on:

    Yes. You can pay the remaining balance using cash on delivery service (COD).

    1. Do I have to pay any taxes on the order I place?

    No, you do not have to pay any additional tax on the order you place. All applicable taxes are included in the product price.

    1. Do you require advance payment to confirm the order?

    Yes. 500 PKR are required for all orders below 10,000 PKR before we dispatch the order. The order is yet to confirm before advance payment is made. The rest you can pay as cash on delivery.

    For order amount above 10,000 PKR 50% advance payment is required before we can dispatch the order.

    Customers can pay advance payment using bank transfer, easypaisa and jazzcash service and share receipt of transaction on our whatsapp number or email us at [email protected]

    1. How will I know if Meraki Bags and Co has received my order?

    Once your order has been logged, you will receive an email containing the details of

    your order. A unique Order ID, listing and price of the item(s) you have ordered will be provided to you in this email.

    1. Can I add items to the existing order?

    Yes, you can combine orders or add items to an existing order if the order has not been processed. This is possible within 2 hours of order confirmation.

    1. Can I suggest changes to an order?

    Yes, you can make changes to an order within 2 hours of order placement by sending us a request through email. Changes will only be made if the order has not been processed.
